Announcement for International Students – Distance Physical Education in Winter semester 2020/2021!
Physical Education, as a part of your study, is a compulsory subject.
In order to obtain credit for Physical Education, it is necessary to complete 10 physical activities and send weekly records documenting their completion by email.
To record your physical activity, you will need to install an application on your mobile phone that will allow you to record the course of the physical activity (duration, speed, route ...) and sign up/log in. There are several apps to choose from: Strava, Sports Tracker, MapyCZ, Endomondo, etc. Don’t forget to start recording the physical activity prior to commencement and save it correctly when completed. The GPS on your mobile phone will have to be switched on. Finally, share the record of the activity by email: firstname.lastname@example.org till the January 31-st.
You have the following physical activities to choose from, with their minimum duration as follows:
Walking – at least 60 min/4km
Cycling – at least 60 min/15km

You can choose a different kind of physical activity every week. If you are interested in performing another type of physical activity that can also be recorded by a mobile phone application, consult your request by email beforehand.
You can make maximum two activities in a one week!
The finally date for share activities is: January 31-st!
